Summary

One of the most common problems in software development has is development team’s speed and productivity. Even if your team has dozens of talented and experienced developers and it’s following many agile practices, you still struggle to quickly deliver business value to your customers and you’re wondering why. What are we constantly doing wrong ? And the worst is that we are so used to it and we don’t understand our bad habits.

In this workshop I’m going to discuss several aspects that slow you down from being a super-fast development team. I will challenge several (almost 15) little or larger things like focused work, over-staffed teams, work-life balance that affect positively or negatively the productivity of development. For each one we (the attendees will actively participate to the discussion) are going to define ways of eliminating the possible obstacles and determine improvements of the things we’re doing wrong.
